Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Sven’s island is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post or the international postage provider will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, please check that all shipping information is correct.

Taxes

All prices indicated for products available on Sven’s island website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus GST and delivery charges as set out in the postage options section on the website.

Australia: We post orders for $8.25 anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. Large orders or gift boxes will go via Australia Post which can take between 3-10 business days.

New Zealand: We only have manufacturing and farm operations in New Zealand so all parcels to New Zealand are sent across the ditch from our sales team in Australia. Australia Post Airmail for $10.55

Other Countries: For all other countries the shipping is estimated online, as you go. However, we do subsidise the shipping for you in an effort to keep costs down. We use Australia Post for all international orders and ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Payment can be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or Paypal

Parcel Registration

All orders are registered and will require signature on arrival. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be awaiting pickup from your local post office the following working day.
